Shantytowns’ children

Millions of people live among the impoverished shantytowns that populate Manila under dire conditions that include:

• A rate of unemployment exceeding 50%,
• Serious health, housing and education problems,
• A very significant number of underfed children…

The foundation seeks to improve the conditions of health, nutrition and education for the children between 0 and 6 years of age.

Two principal programs are carried out:

• A pre-school program
• A nutrition program
